In re the Claim of Smith

Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board which held that the above-named claimants were entitled to unemployment insurance benefits from July 1 through July 14, 1957. Decision reversed and claims dismissed, without costs, on the authority of Matter of Irwin (Greenville Mills — Catherwood) (9 A D 2d 699). Poster, P.
