In a coram nobis proceeding, defendant appeals from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated October 10, 1961 (and entered Oct. 13, 1961) which denied, without a hearing, his application to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered March 17, 1961 upon his plea of guilty, convicting him of burglary in the third degree, and imposing sentence.
