DISSENT
PAPADAKOS,The record submitted to us shows that respondent is guilty of dishonesty, fraud, deceit, forgery, misrepresentation and misappropriation of client funds. I, therefore, dissent to the disposition by the majority and would issue a rule to show cause why the respondent should not be disbarred.
