Wideman appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment to Defendant on her claim of employment discrim- ination and retaliation based on race. We have reviewed the record and the district court’s opinion adopting the magistrate judge’s report and recommendation and find no reversible error. According- ly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Wideman v. South Carolina Dep’t of Soc. Servs., No. CA-99-746-8 (D.S.C. Feb. 15, 2001). We grant Wideman’s motion to waive oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the ma- terials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
