Cayce Clerk UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff-Appellee v. RICHARD RAY HARRIMON, Defendant-Appellant Appeal from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas USDC No. 7:07-CR-17-1 Before REAVLEY, DENNIS, and CLEMENT, Circuit Judges. PER CURIAM:* On appeal, Richard Ray Harrimon argues that the district court erred in finding that his prior convictions for evading arrest by vehicle were qualifying violent felonies under the Armed Career Criminal Act. R. 47.5, the court has determined that this opinion should not be published and is not precedent except under the limited circumstances set forth in 5TH CIR . R. 47.5.4.
