While I agree with the majority's disposition of defendant's fourth assignment of error, I write separately to state that, in my opinion, the prosecutor's remarks, subject of the fourth assignment of error, were improper. Nonetheless, I am compelled to conclude, as does the majority, that on the evidence in the record the error does not support reversal. Accordingly, I concur in the majority's conclusion that the fourth assignment of error be overruled.
