But for almost forty yearsbthe'tendency among the Court of App: eals has been to hold that a juvenile transfer order need not‘ specify in detail the facts supporting the order.see,MOON v}STATE 2014 TEX.CRIM.APP.LEXIS 1918 at dissent. THE SUSPECTS FORCED HIM TO LAY FACE DOWN AND TOOK HIS WIFE TO THIER BEDROOM. MR. VONGDEUANE SAID HIS DAUGHTER WAS ASSUALTED BY TWO OF THE SUSPECTS. 1 WAS TOLD THE SUSPECTS WHILE IN THEIR HOME THREATENED TO KILL THEM PLACING THEM IN EXTREAM FEAR‘FOR THEIR LIVES.
