Because independent examination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsel’s motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Smith’s conviction and sentence are AFFIRMED. Kalvin Smith’s motion for appointment of substitute counsel is DENIED as moot. 2
