OPINION AND ORDER
In this case, pro se plaintiff HaWa Kandakai seeks a temporary restraining order and a
permanent injunction enjoining a NeW York state court from proceeding With a foreclosure
action. Ms. Kandakai also filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis As explained
below, the court lacks jurisdiction to consider Ms. Kandakai’s claims. Thus, without awaiting a
response from defendant, the court grants her application to proceed in forma pauperis and
dismisses her complaint
