In a consolidated action, inter alia, for declaratory and injunctive relief, the defendants in Matter No. 1 and the plaintiffs in Matter No. 2 appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (James V. Brands, J.), dated April 18, 2018, made after a hearing.
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Corp. , 100 AD2d 509).
