ON CONCESSION OF ERROR
PER CURIAM.Pursuant to Appellee’s Notice of Non-Contest, which is treated as a concession of error, the circuit court’s April 24, 2014 Order Disposing of Motion to Quash is reversed, and this cause is remanded to the circuit court for further proceedings.
REVERSED and REMANDED.
