|,I write separately in order to express that, in my opinion, an affirmation is warranted in this case due only to the manifest error standard of review. My review of this matter indicates that the determination of the issues in this case lies at the margins of that standard. I do, however, find that the workers’ compensation judge’s underlying factual findings are supported by the record in light of permissible credibility determinations and factual findings.
