ON state’s motion for rehearing.
HAWKÍNS, Judge.. In a motion for rehearing the State urges that when considered in its entirety the charge of the court relieves of vice the particular instruction criticised.
We have again examined the charge in view of the State’s position and find ourselves unable to agree with the State’s contention. The reasons for our views seem to be sufficiently stated in our original opinion.
The State’s motion for rehearing is overruled.
