Building Service Employees International Union, Lodge No. 6 v. Seattle Hospital Council

Blake, J.

(concurring in the result) — I concur in the result. Essentially, the issue in controversy is whether Madison Street Hospital shall be operated as “a closed shop.” That the issue presents a labor dispute, in contemplation of Rem. Rev. Stat. (Sup.), § 7612-13, is clear. Consequently, under Rem. Rev. Stat. (Sup.), § 7612-1, the court has no power to grant in-junctive relief.
