(specially concurring). The evidence, or the record here, *192is insufficient to show that the lands purchased by the grantees, the defendants herein, was other than a bona fide purchase, in good faith, And for their use and benefit, or that it was held by them in trust for the benefit and use of the father.

The evidence is also insufficient to show that the conveyance of the land to them was tainted with fraud, or that such conveyance was in fraud of creditors.
