Robert Theodore WADE, Plaintiff--Appellant,
v.
William L. SMITH, Defendant--Appellee.
No. 95-6369.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: May 18, 1995.
Decided: June 26, 1995.
Robert Theodore Wade, Appellant Pro Se. John Joseph Curran, Jr., Attorney General, Richard M. Kastendieck, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MARYLAND, Baltimore, MD, for Appellee.
Before NIEMEYER and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Wade v. Smith, No. CA-94-2666-L (D. Md. Feb. 23, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
