Donald Lee TAYLOR, Jr., Petitioner-Appellant,
v.
Carl LEGURSKY; George Trent, Warden, West Virginia State
Penitentiary, Respondents-Appellees.
No. 94-6224.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted June 27, 1995.
Decided Aug. 15, 1995.
Donald Lee Taylor, Jr., Appellant Pro Se. Stephen Raymond Van Camp, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF WEST VIRGINIA, Charleston, West Virginia, for Appellees.
Before HALL and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant seeks to appeal the district court's order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2254 (1988) petition. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Taylor v. Legursky, No. CA-93-34-E (N.D.W.Va. Feb. 7, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
DISMISSED
