This petition for review was considered on the record from the Interstate Commerce Commission and on the briefs of counsel. The court is satisfied that appropriate disposition of this case does not call for further opinion. See D.C.Cir.Rule 36(b).
It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the petition for review be DENIED, substantially for the reasons stated in the Commission's Decisions in Finance Docket No. 32167.
