(dissenting).

To me, the evidence complained of was admissible. The question is one of credibility, not one of competence under the facts here; and in the absence of any evidence of interest in the outcome of the case, malice or animosity on the part of the witness, or of any other “inducement” to fabricate his signature, the evidence herein should suffice to support the verdict.
