UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Anthony Donnell SANDERS, Defendant-Appellant.
No. 96-50138.
United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Submitted Oct. 20, 1997.**
Decided Oct. 24, 1997.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Central District of California Harry L. Hupp, District Judge, Presiding
Before THOMPSON, T.G. NELSON, and KLEINFELD, Circuit Judges.
MEMORANDUM*
Anthony Donnell Sanders appeals the district court's denial of his motion for discovery on the issue of selective prosecution. His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and affirm the district court's judgment.
AFFIRMED.
