concurring.

The majority holds that a defendant charged with criminal homicide is entitled upon request to a jury instruction providing a complete statutory definition of the offense of voluntary manslaughter. I agree. Commonwealth v. Cain, 471 Pa. 140, 171, 369 A.2d 1234, 1250 (1977) (Opinion in Support of Reversal of Roberts, J., joined by O’Brien and Manderino, JJ.); Commonwealth v.
