We join in the opinion of Mr. Justice Proctor except insofar as it holds that the terms of the commissioners of the Parking Authority came to an end upon the adoption of the new form of government under the Eaulkner Act. We would hold that the terms were not affected, for the reasons set forth in our dissent in Broadway National Bank of Bayonne v. Parking Authority of the City of Bayonne, 40 N. J. 227 (1963).
