Carvalho v. Carvalho

On Motion for Reargument.

Per Curiam.

After our opinion in the above ease was filed, the petitioner asked and received permission to file a motion for reargument. Pursuant thereto he filed such a motion setting out therein certain reasons on which he bases his contention that justice requires a reargument of the case.

We have carefully considered these reasons and find that the language of this court on which they are based was taken from context. A reading of the opinion in its entirety suggests nothing which in the peculiar circumstances of this case warrants a reargument.

Motion denied.
