Extension Requested: Appellees request an extension to December 14, 2016, which is an extension of twenty-three (23) days. C. Reasons for Request: Because counsel for Appellee the Public Utility Commission of Texas informed counsel that they are requesting an extension, the purpose of this request is to align all Appellees’ due dates. This request for extension is not made for the purpose of delaying these proceedings, but is made so that justice may be done. D.
