Edward R. FOX, Jr., Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Lieutenant SMALL; Six Members of F.C.I. Cumberland S.O.R.T.
Team; Doctor Ronge, Defendants-Appellees.

No. 96-7886.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: March 13, 1997.
Decided: March 20, 1997.

Edward R. Fox, Jr., Appellant Pro Se.

Earle Bronson Wilson, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellees.

Before HALL, ERVIN, and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1994) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Fox v. Small, No. CA-96-1957-AMD (D.Md. Nov. 22, 1996). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

2

AFFIRMED.
